- understands documentation as a work practice in the social services field
- knows how to document and use documentation tools and databases
- can identify and develop their own professional documentation method

Excellent (5):
The student can apply and assess the significance of documentation in professional activities. The student has an excellent grasp of the legislation governing documentation.
