Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass
You are able to find the training place independently and to take care of the training process and documentation. You know the objectives of the training and get information on the operations and personnel structure of the training place. You can work independently and take care of the basic tasks and duties of the organisation or company. You also know which skills and qualities still need development. You can make a small-scale development plan of a task or process of the training place and implement it if it is possible.

The Training Workbook, Contract and training-related written assignments have been completed in a proper and agreed manner, and they have been approved by the Training Coordinator. The testimonial and assessment from the employer have been returned to the Training Coordinator. All the assignments are performed and returned according to the instructions and deadlines.

You are unable to meet the requirements of the Basic Training. You are unable to perform duties and tasks of the training place and do not complete the required assignments. You do not make or return the required training documents according to the instructions and deadlines.
