Practice time:28.11-18.12.2022
The training takes place at the Welfare Station of the Lapland University of Applied Sciences Kemi campus and outside the school in various offices, organizations, voluntary organizations, events and ONNI car low threshold services in the Kemi and neighboring municipalities.
Notice: if you do the training in Welfare Station, please enrol to the teaching group. If you don´t enrol, you do the training elsewhere.
Teaching methods
The training takes place at the Hyvinvointipysäki of the Kemi campus of the Lapland University of Applied Sciences and outside the school in various offices, organizations, events and in the low-threshold services of ONNI-auto in the area of Kemi and nearby municipalities.

• You lack the skills to encounter customers of different ages and in different life situations in the changing operating environments.
• You cannot interact with the customer in a respectful and confident way.
