Objective
The student recognises megatrends and their effects on work life. He/she knows how the constant changes in work life effect on one’s skills and knowledge needed in work life.
The student is able to recognise his/her strengths and weaknesses and is able to use the strengths, experience and personal interests in creating a digital professional profile and a CV.
The student knows the basic self-branding techniques and is able to apply them in creating and developing a professional profile and personal brand. He/she is able to use social media tools in professional networking and building a professional profile.
The student is able to explore suitable career options and create a job seeking and professional development plan. The student has job seeking knowledge and skills and is able to apply them in practise.

Location and time
The course is online, the lectures are held through Zoom.
Learning process is organized through the project work and problem-solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks, team tutoring, independent studies and knowledge acquisition activities.
Software requirements: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Google Chrome, camera.
Work life connection: The course will support the development of students’ key skills in the areas of self-branding, professional self-positioning, career planning and management.

Exam schedules
According to the new Degree regulations, if the student doesn’t do anything during the implementation of the study unit (4.9 – 15.10.2023) they will be removed from the enrollment list. If they have done some of the assignments but fail then they have an opportunity to retake two times in order to pass the study unit.
