The student knows basic organisational behaviour and leadership theories.
The student is able to self-reflect his/her own role in an organisation and he/she understands individual and group behaviour in organisations.

Teaching methods
Learning process is organized through the project work and problem-solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks, team tutoring, presentations, independent studies and knowledge acquisition activities.

The student knows basic organisational behaviour and leadership theories.
The student understands basic principles of self-reflection at work, motivation and working in teams.

The student has satisfactory knowledge and can explain basic organisational behaviour and leadership theories.
The student understands and can with assistance analyse the principles of self-reflection at work, motivation and working in teams.
