Objective
In accordance with the values and strategies of work organizations, you make exercise implementation plans with their content and goals for different target groups. Practiced through practical work tasks to implement different teaching methods, taking into account the specific characteristics and safety aspects of the target groups and objectives. You strengthen your own personal guidance style and outline the skills of your own professional path and its development needs. You evaluate your own and others' ways of working in a versatile and constructive way. You will develop your co-operation and interaction skills as well as the utilization of the feedback received.
You will get acquainted with working in a network, as well as the activities of different work communities and the organization of activities. You know the importance of human resources for the functioning and development of the work community. You become acquainted with the norms regulating work organization and the obligations imposed on society by society.
Trained to work in the group as a responsible instructor for children and young people, as well as a planner, implementer and evaluator of sports events. In practice, you will become acquainted with the basics, organization and further development of school sports events. You create action plans for events and develop your knowledge of the sports that are the target of events and competitions. You will become familiar with the ethical content of safe and responsible competition.

You work in an internship in accordance with the values and strategies of the work community and the training organization.
You will pass the internship in accordance with the goals set together with the employer and the supervising teacher.
You will produce the final report of the training as instructed and a display of the personal skills you have chosen.
You are able to collaboratively organize a school sports event.
Acts according to ethical principles as an organizer, evaluator and developer of a school sports event.
You act responsibly in the group's work as a planner, implementer and evaluator of sports events.
Abandoned
In your internship, you are acting against the values and strategies of your work community or training organization.
You will receive a rejection recommendation from your employment representative based on the goals you have set with your employer and supervising teacher.
Your reporting is incomplete or missing.
You are acting contrary to commonly agreed principles in organizing or organizing school sports events.
You act as an unethical organizer, evaluator and developer of a school sports event.
You act selfishly or disruptively in group work or as a planner, implementer, and evaluator of exercise events.
