Having completed the study unit:

• You are familiar with the aspects of Finnish culture
• You are able to discuss about the topics related to Finnish society and aspects of it compared to other countries
• You have able to understand and are able to discuss the differences between Finnish culture and other cultures indicated during the course
• You understand the differences connected to cultural background of different countries and societies
• You know the personal biases and stereotypes that may affect interactions in a multicultural environment.
• You understand the different values and value-setting in the different cultures and countries and how those are built.
• You recognize the basic practices of Finnish working culture
• You are able to create a small-scale event (for example multicultural fair)
