Aim
After completion of the course the student is able to
- critically analyze the role of morality in business-society relations
- distinguish the various concepts that have emerged from business ethics
- identify the relationship between morality and the multiple ways of representing sustainability and responsibility within a market context
- critically evaluate the role of normative ethical theory for ethical decision-making in business
- explain the impact of individual and situational factors on ethical decision-making.
Contents
Business ethics, moral philosophy, normative ethical theories, descriptive ethical theories, ethical decision-making.
Previous studies
ORJO1100 Basic Studies on Managing Organizations and Work Communities.
Methods
Lectures (20 h) and independent work.

Active participation.
