• Identify the concept of individual resilience and its connection to nature-based well-being.
• Explain the principles of ecosociality and their significance for sustainable well-being.
• Recognize Green Competences and their application in the fields of well-being.
• Apply advanced perspectives on health and well-being competence and assess the role of nature in health promotion.
