Spanish 2 (CEFR A1)Laajuus (4 cr)

Objective

Having successfully completed the course, the student will be able to
1) understand slowly articulated questions about issues related to their family, hobbies, studying, etc.
2) construct and express similar utterances and be familiar with basic structures and features of Spanish grammar
3) achieve the level A1 of the CEFR (the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Content

The course contains in-class and out-of-class exercises in pronunciation and fluency, reading comprehension, translation, basic communication, and reviews grammatical functions.

The course includes a large amount of self-study, probably in pairs or small groups. Depending on availability, there will be a tutor to guide it. The teacher will give instructions regarding self-study at the beginning of the course.

XESP0001 Spanish 1 or equivalent studies.
