Objective

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to use in their work or in their further studies academic texts typical of those encountered at universities in the French-speaking countries.

Content

This course can only be completed during a student exchange or an internship in a French-speaking country. Participants will write a summary in French of an academic text used as source material during their student exchange or internship. The text is to be ca. 12 pages long (font size 11). The expected level is B2-C1. Both text and summary are to be submitted to the teacher after the participant returns to the University of Lapland.
