Project Management (2cr)

Objective

After completing the course, the student can/knows:
- in terms of project organization, describe the most common practices and forms of project work
- basics of preparing a project plan, project schedule, and project report
- define the stages of project work
- specify the contents of the project and financing plan and the project report
- apply the core competence of one's own design field to project planning
- proceed systematically in their project work

Content

Lectures on project work and project management with exercises, exam as agreed.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass: Lecture exercises satisfactorily completed; exam or equivalent satisfactorily completed

Failed: Lecture exercises and exam (or equivalent) uncompleted satisfactorily
