Objective
Having completed the course, doctoral researchers
- are familiar with the basics of research data management
- are familiar with the research data management services of the University of Lapland
- can draw up a data management plan.
Content
- basic concepts of research data management
- contents of the data management plan
- legal compliance related to research data management, such as copyright, the processing of personal data, data ownership, and data management rights
- information security, storing of data, and preservation of data
- services provided by the University of Lapland
Qualifications
The course is intended for doctoral researchers at the University of Lapland.
