Objective

• You have good command of professional interaction with different clients in remote nursing.
• You are able to conduct assessment of care needs and provide patient guidance through remote connections.
• You are able to follow data protection and information security requirements in various remote nursing environments.
• You are skilled in using various tools and applications for remote work and can identify different communication channels in the client's remote care.
• You recognize the citizen's/patient's competence requirements and readiness for using remote connections.
• You recognize the professional competence requirements for using remote work tools.
• You are familiar with the concepts of social and healthcare impact assessment and can evaluate the client's service process.
• You are able to assess and develop your own competence required for remote nursing consultation.

Content

The course requirements include studying all the materials and completing the following tasks:
Customer-Centeredness in Remote Consultations:
• Customer-centeredness and customer segmentation
• Online test on Customer-Centeredness in Remote Consultations
Ethics in Remote Consultation Work:
• Online interaction features test
• Ethics and interaction in electronic social and healthcare services, and the quiz related to "Ethical Interaction with the Client" video
Information Security and Data Protection:
• Complete the information security test
Remote Work Tools and Multichannel Communication:
• Online interaction in chat test (mark as completed)
• What is online guidance test (mark as completed)
• Different applications in online interaction (mark as completed)
• Planning a successful online interaction (mark as completed)
• Conditions for good online guidance (mark as completed)

Complete the surveys:
• Electronic services used by the client. What electronic health services do you have access to?
• Client’s competence checklist
Nursing in a Remote Environment:
• Create a video (max 5 minutes) based on the case you choose.
Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Client-Centered Electronic Health Services:
• Complete the online test
• Create an evaluation matrix
Self-Assessment of Competence Required for Nurse's Remote Consultation Work:
• Complete the self-assessment based on competence
Feedback:
• Provide feedback on the study module
