You have documented and reported both in writing and orally in accordance with the practices of the Training Unit.
You understand the importance of well-being at work and occupational safety in a nurse's work.
You are able to reflect on the learning process and can name personal development areas.
Fail:
You have not worked in your practice unit in a multi-professional work community in accordance with the nurse's job description.
You have not implemented evidence-based nursing and nursing decision-making for an internal medicine patient, and you have not used uniform instructions.
You do not know how to draw up nursing goals and you have not implemented and evaluated comprehensive nursing for an internal medicine patient.
You do not know how to document and report in writing and orally.
You do not understand the importance of well-being at work and occupational safety in the work of a nurse.
You have not followed the rules of the work community. Patient safety has been compromised as a result of your actions.
