Qualifications

Before participating in the course, you must complete the orientation and design phase of the Capstone project.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

You can implement part of the technical solution based on the design documentation from the model and strongly supported by others.
Together with others, you participate in the planning and implementation of the measures of the commissioning/maintenance phase.
You work on your own initiative in accordance with your previous skills.
You are responsible for your own tasks in the project.
You describe your skills and strengths and change your actions based on the feedback you receive.
You identify and report how you have developed professionally during the process.
You participate in stakeholder collaboration, but your contribution is small.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Together with your project team, you solve problems in the implementation and implementation/maintenance phase, make choices and are able to justify the solutions.
You apply technologies/techniques/methods versatilely and justify your solutions. You use your accumulated know-how in the implementation of the project and evaluate your development needs based on the feedback you get.
You evaluate and report your own work and develop your professional skills in a goal-oriented manner during the process.
You are responsible for your own tasks in the project and show cooperation and constructive spirit, promoting the team's goals and interaction.
You know how to prepare the documentation of the solution produced in the project.
You participate in stakeholder collaboration as an active member.

You apply technologies/techniques/methods versatilely, experimenting and innovatively. You justify your decision.
You know how to report and document implementation and technical solutions both technically and from the point of view of the project process.
You know how to prepare the technical documentation of the technical solution produced in the project.
You work professionally and independently, being responsible for your own tasks in the project.
You are proactive and constructive, promoting a positive team atmosphere and promoting the achievement of goals.
You will use your accumulated know-how in the implementation of the project and you will acquire considerable new professional know-how in the project.
You critically evaluate both yourself and your project team's performance and development needs.
