Objective
The student is able to define the main concepts and phases related to supplier relationship management SRM. The student acknowledges how supplier base analysis is utilised to develop supplier relationship management. The student is able to make supplier selection decisions and utilise the total cost of ownership model when evaluating procurement options. The student is able to develop supplier performance and create effective and sustainable supplier requirements and KPIs for supplier evaluation. The student is able to design supplier reviews and dashboards. The student acknowledges the critical role of suppliers in achieving quality goals and is able to address quality challenges within the supply chain. The student is able to support suppliers in improving their quality and develop supplier performance monitoring with the help of supplier audits. The student is able to evaluate possibilities for early supplier involvement (ESI) in new product development and understands the importance of stakeholder management in ESI.
