Location and time

Start-up info 3 Feb 2025 at 10-11 am in ZOOM (link in Moodle)
The traineeship will be carried out during 2025, the whole course will run from 3 February 2025 to 7 December 2025.

Teaching methods

The info session will be held in Zoom on 3 Feb 2025 at 10-11 am. The link to the info session can be found in the Moodle. At the beginning of the course, the student will meet the responsible teacher and discuss/agree to complete the internship. Discussion times can be booked in the course Moodle workspace and the student will book a suitable discussion time for him/herself.

The student will find an internship placement in line with the competence objectives and will draw up an internship contract and plan with the placement. The placement agreement and plan is signed electronically by the student, the placement site and the supervisor before the placement starts. The signed placement contracts and plans are returned to the Moodle workspace.

The student will produce an internship booklet on his/her internship according to the instructions and return it to the Moodle workspace. The course is assessed by the supervisor on the basis of the internship booklet on a pass/fail scale. The last date for returning the internship booklet is 07.12.2025.

Completion alternatives

Previously acquired skills, such as project work, event organisation, etc., can be used to apply for accreditation. Make an appointment with the responsible teacher to discuss the way in which the competence is demonstrated.
