The student • knows the concept and principles of client and patient orientation • knows the legal and ethical basics related to the rights and responsibilities of clients and patients • understands the importance of goal-orientation, dialogue and participation in client and patient relationships • understands the concepts of interdisciplinarity and multi-agency collaboration and their significance in client and patient work
