The aim of the study is that you will able to - assess and promote customer-oriented approaches and digital inclusion of different client groups in remote social and health care services - Plan and implement online interaction situations that support the client’s health and well-being across various remote service channels - operate safely and ethically in digital remote service environments - evaluate and promote own occupational well-being within remote service settings
