Objective
European law II prepares student to work as an attorney or a judge in a case, where one needs to apply and use the rules of European law. The course deepens student’s knowledge and skills especially in procedural European law (European union/European human rights).
After the course the student knows how to use in practice European legal material and method of literal, aim-oriented and systematic interpretation.
Content
Working methods and content:
1. Lectures and case studies (13 h)/3 credits,
2. Essay (4 pages)/2 credits, 3. Book exam (Exam)/2 credits.
3. Written exam (Exam platform or Optima)
The material for the exam will be delivered in Optima (ca. 100 p.).
