Osaamistavoitteet
Osaamistavoitteet ja teemat: The general aim of the course is that a student learns the theoretical knowledge, practical implementation and appropriate computer applications related to a project work. This covers topics like organizing and the organization of a project, work breakdown structure (WBS), making a project plan, implementing and managing of a project, ending a project and project management tools. Planning, implementing and managing of a project includes using of mathematical tools and applications
Sisältö
The aim of the project management course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge about managing different kind of projects. This course enables to a student to define, plan, implement and manage a new project. The essential parts of the course are:
a) concept and definition of a project
b) organizing a project
c) resources of a project
d) project plan
e) managing a project
f) risks of a project
g) ending a project
