Objective

Developing Online and Off-line Experiences
Developing Experiences (project)
The student knows how to write written reports by using an academic style in English. He/she knows the right system of referencing. He/she also learns to use creativity when using English in various work related situations and develops his/her written and oral skills of English.

The student:

- learns various styles of written and oral communication

- knows which communication channel to use in different situations

- knows how to write academic text

- is able to write according to the right referencing system

- knows how to take creativity aspects into consideration when communicating in English

- is able to use English also spontaneously in demanding communication situations

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory (2)

The student has satisfactory written and oral skills of English. He/she has some problems when using the right referencing style and his/her use of sources does not always follow the principles and regulations given. His/her creativity skills in his/her written and/or oral communication are at a basic level. The English skills of the student are satisfactory but he/she needs assistance. Some assignments are performed according to the instructions.

Poor (1)

The student has satisfactory written and oral skills of English. He/she has a lot of problems when using the right referencing style. He/she has limited understanding of the principles and regulations given about using sources. His/her creativity skills in his/her written and/or oral communication are at a basic level. The English skills of the student are satisfactory but he/she needs a lot of assistance. Only a few assignments are performed according to the instructions.

Fail (0)

The student does not complete the assignments according to instructions or does not attend the learning situations at all. He/she does not pass the assignments, tests and/or the exam as required.

His/her creativity skills in his/her written and/or oral communication are at a very good level. The English skills of the student are fluent. All the assignments are mostly performed according to the instructions.

The student has good written and oral skills of English. He/she knows the main principles of the right referencing style and is able to use most sources in an ethical and academic manner. His/her creativity skills in his/her written and/or oral communication are at a good level. The English skills of the student are good. The assignments are mostly performed according to the instructions.

The student shows excellent written and oral skills of English in his/her communication. He/she knows the right style of referencing and knows how to use sources in an ethical and academic manner. His/her creativity skills in his written and/or oral communication are at an excellent level. The English skills of the student are very fluent. All the assignments are performed according to the instructions.
