Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student does not know the theoretical basis and concepts and cannot describe the phenomena in question and related situations. The student is not familiar with service systems that provide social security.
Professional activities:
The student does not recognize the needs and operating conditions of customers from different starting points. The student is not able to look at his / her own attitude and actions in relation to different clients.
Ethical competence and responsibility:
The student is not able to describe the values and ethical principles of the profession. The student does not understand the status, rights and involvement of the client.
Satisfactory (1-2):
Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts that are used superficially in phenomena and situations. The student identifies the structures and processes of the service system and the legislation governing them. The student describes the activity mainly with the help of practical information.
Professional activities:
The student identifies the needs of customer support and services and knows the basic skills of guidance and support. The student knows and is able to use a few professional methods of individual, group and community work. The student identifies and takes into account legislation, national and international recommendations in service planning, decision-making and operations. The student identifies the development needs of social work and its everyday practices.

The student understands the importance of justice and the inviolability of human dignity. The student knows people’s involvement, agency and self-determination
